The National Eligibility Test (UGC) is conducted by
University Grants Commission (UGC) twice (June and December) every year. This
test is done to assess the eligibility of the students for Lectureship in
universities and colleges as well as to offer Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
to the qualified students. The test includes three papers. Candidates appearing
for the test have to score the minimum marks fixed by University Grants
Commission in all three papers.
First paper is common and compulsory for all the
students. Although, a huge number of students appear NET every year but the
pass percentage is very low. A sincere attempt has been made to guide the NET
aspirants with some useful tips, crosswords, quizzes, memory improvement
techniques and recommended books. This site is basically designed for first
paper. The designer of this site, who is a Coach in NET Coaching Centre is
hopeful that this site will be of immense help to the NET aspirants.
